How long does shipping take?

Most orders are shipped within 24 Hours of the order placed.  For orders placed on weekends, they will be shipped on Mondays.  If you need expedited shipping, please select it at checkout or call us for more options.

Do you shape hats?

Yes!  We can shape any felt hat in the store.  Straw hats can be touched up, but not fully reshaped.

Where are your products made?

The majority of our hats and boots are made right here in the US, mostly in Texas. Some boots are made in Leon, Mexico by some of the best bootmakers in the world. Almost our entire inventory is American Made.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay Installments on some items, and cash is always welcome.

What does the "X" mean on a felt hat?

As a general rule, the higher the "X" number, the better the hat.  The X system is used to quantify the amount of beaver fur in a hat.  The more beaver content, the more water and weather resistant the hat will be and the longer it will hold its shape.  A pure beaver hat is the standard by which all other hats are made- they are truly hats to last a lifetime.

Our policy allows returns and exchanges up to 14 days from the receipt of product.  Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
